COMMUNICATION

*​Communication is so important for your child's future. I send monthly calenders and various letters to the parents. This keeps us on the same schedule of the upcoming events and fundraisers. I am available by phone, 9:00 am-6:30 pm Monday-Saturday or please feel free to leave your comments and concerns on the site.

 

REGISTRATION​ 

*All students are required to have a current registration form on file with Spectacular X-Plosive Steppaz Dance Organization. If your      information changes, please contact the studio asap via phone: (985) 312-4103 or email: spectacularsteppaz@gmail.com.

* Registration is Free of charge for all programs, Excluding our Response Team.

 

RULES & EXPECTATIONS

*Students will have t-shirts to wear per program and will be instructed when to do so.

*Dance Attire: All students are required to wear their SXS dance T-Shirts and loose fitting black bottoms to class. Black shorts are allowed during the summer months. NO BLUE JEANS! Jazz shoes and socks are allowed in class. Hair is to be pulled away from face.

*Behavior: All students are expected to conduct themselves in the most professional and enthusiastic behavior possible. Students are required to arrive on time, in proper attire and ready to dance. ADDITIONAL RULES HANDED OUT AT REGISTRATIONS TO BE SIGNED AND RETURNED.​

*Parent Observation is not allow. This allows your child to learn without the pressure. Sometimes and audience can be intimidating to a child before it's time to perform without them being ready. In special circumstances, and instructor can waive this rule after discussing it with the director.

 

RESPONSE TEAM: RATES/FEES​

*Spectacular X-Plosive  Steppaz Dance Organization (RESPONSE TEAM)- Registration Fee...........$40.00

Monthly Dues of $25.00 is due the 5th of every month. After then a $10.00 late fee will apply. After the 10th of the month and fees aren't paid. Your child will not be allowed to attend class until all fees, including late fees, are paid. Payments are accepted in forms of cash,cash app or credit card via website.

 

*Costume Fees..........Vary, depends on fundraising.
